These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the Google Ads management services provided by Think Ads Marketing, operated by Meetcyberjob Network (CA0406723-K) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide Google Ads management services, including campaign strategy, setup, optimisation and reporting. The specific scope is defined in the package you select and any written agreement between us. Advertising spend paid to Google is separate from and additional to our management fees, and is billed by Google directly to you.
2. Quotations & fees
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points and may change. A formal quotation will be provided based on your requirements. Management fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. We may require a minimum engagement period as stated in your quotation.
3. No guarantee of results
While we apply industry best practices, we do not and cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, conversion volumes or return on ad spend. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget, website, offer and the policies of Google.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts, assets and approvals we need. You are responsible for the content and legality of what you advertise, for funding your own ad spend, and for complying with Google’s advertising policies and applicable Malaysian law.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Campaign assets we create for you are licensed to you for use in your campaigns; pre-existing tools, templates and know-how remain ours.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the management fees you paid us in the preceding three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for changes made by advertising platforms.
7. Cancellation & termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice as set out in your agreement. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once work has commenced. We may suspend services for non-payment or breach of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its updated date.
